Incapacity Benefit

I read that only 7% of people currently on incapacity benefit are genuinely 'unfit to work'. Critics think the government's new incapacity benefit test is unfair. I agree. It's unfair that the test can't used to remove some of the idiots currently employed at Lewisham town hall.
